Store items you use often in storage units that are closer to your door. You don’t want to dig through boxes or climb up mountains of stuff to find the right item. My sons enjoy borrowing my equipment. I love to golf. They are kept in my storage room and always available to me for when I need them. You can grab them from your storage area and take them with you wherever you go.
Tip Three – Review your homeowner and vehicle insurance policies.
Check your homeowner’s or renter’s policy to make sure that you are protected for the goods you keep in a rental property. Mini storage units usually cover items in case of natural disasters.
